This is a piece I wrote with echoes of Pixinguinha and Hermeto Pascoal. It was meant to be an uber dramatic/romantic song for voice but as it grew the exaggerated aspect of it (which to me is comic) became more and more absurd and virtuosic...the great Katisse Buckingham took to it and not only learned it but made it sound like my dreams on the flute! Infinite thanks to him for making this recording with me and for you for checking it out...that's me on the accompanying guitar and cavaquinho.
