Hello, my name is Tomiwa Owolade. I am a writer and critic.
I have an undergraduate degree in English from Queen Mary, University of London. I also have a postgraduate degree in English from University College London. I was awarded a First Class in my BA, and a Merit in my MA.
I have written for many publications, including the Times, the Sunday Times, the Spectator, the FT, the Evening Standard, and Literary Review. I am a contributing writer at the New Statesman. I have also appeared on BBC Radio 4.
My interests include fiction and non-fiction books on a wide range of issues, especially identity politics, liberalism, social protest movements, and religion. I am also interested in films, especially the films of Alfred Hitchcock, Wong Kar-Wai, Richard Linklater, and Michael Haneke.

I'm Sparrow. I built this matrix so that every creator on the planet would be conceivably findable and accessible from all others, beginning with musicians in Bahia, Brazil.
